These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pub555 governing your access to and use of the pub555 online gaming platform. Each individual may hold only one active pub555 account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity or multiple identities — are prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
All pub555 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before withdrawal. Cash winnings from bonus play are subject to the same requirements unless stated otherwise.

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By completing the pub555 registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an Account and must immediately cease any use of the Platform.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and pub555 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements, whether oral or written.
2.4 pub555 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
3.1 To be eligible to register and use pub555, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

Where a minor is found to have used the Platform, all funds deposited by or credited to that Account will be forfeited and returned to the payment source where technically possible, and the matter will be referred to PAGCOR.
3.3 Residents of jurisdictions where online casino gambling is prohibited are not eligible to use pub555. It is each Player's responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction before registering.
4.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the pub555 Platform. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using the same personal details or different personal details — is strictly prohibited.
4.2 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. Provision of false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. pub555 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.
4.4 You must notify pub555 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to your Account. pub555 may, at its sole discretion, freeze your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.
4.5 pub555 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing reasons, in accordance with its regulatory and risk management obligations.
5.1 In compliance with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), pub555 requires all Accounts to complete identity verification before withdrawals are processed.
5.2 KYC verification requires submission of the following documents:
5.3 pub555 may additionally request proof of address, source of funds documentation, or additional identification for Accounts exhibiting high transaction volumes or patterns consistent with AMLC reporting thresholds.
5.4 KYC documents will be reviewed within 24 hours of complete submission under normal operating conditions. Players may deposit and play during the KYC review period; withdrawals will be held until verification is completed successfully.
5.5 pub555 may permanently close any Account where KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed. Any balance in such an Account will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's guidelines on unverified player funds.
pub555 is a reporting entity under the Anti-Money Laundering Act. Transactions meeting AMLC threshold reporting requirements will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law. pub555 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where suspicious transaction patterns are identified, without prior notice to the Account holder.
pub555 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit is ₱50.00. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within one (1) Working Day of confirmed receipt by pub555's designated account.
pub555 does not accept third-party deposits. The payment method used for deposit must be registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to other individuals will be returned and may result in Account suspension.
Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within thirty (30) minutes for standard Accounts and within fifteen (15) minutes for Gold VIP and Diamond tier Accounts under normal operating conditions.
Bank withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) Working Day of submission. pub555 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, the receiving financial institution may apply its own charges, for which pub555 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that matches the Account holder's verified name. pub555 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests exceeding ₱50,000.00 per transaction or ₱200,000.00 per calendar month.
pub555 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal for a reasonable period for the purposes of fraud investigation, AML review, or compliance verification. pub555 will notify the Account holder of any such hold and its estimated duration where this does not compromise an ongoing investigation.
All transactions on the pub555 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to PHP deposits. pub555 is not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by a Player's financial institution on transactions originating from non-PHP accounts.
7.1 pub555 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, each governed by specific promotion terms published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters directly relating to that promotion.
7.2 All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, minimum deposit, expiry period, and any maximum withdrawal cap applicable to bonus winnings are stated in the individual promotion terms. Players are advised to read promotion terms in full before accepting any bonus.
7.3 Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance within a Player's Account. Bonus funds are not withdrawable directly. Upon satisfaction of the applicable wagering requirement, bonus-derived winnings up to any applicable cap are transferred to the real-money Balance and become withdrawable.
7.4 pub555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including where pub555 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is exploiting a promotion in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose ("bonus abuse"). Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion; wagering exclusively on low-risk outcomes to satisfy wagering requirements; coordinating with other players to reduce variance on bonus play.
7.5 All bonuses are subject to a maximum of one (1) active bonus per Account at any time, unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise.
8.1 Each game available on the pub555 Platform is governed by the specific rules published within the game interface. In all cases, the game's published rules, certified RTP, and payout structure govern the outcome. pub555 does not modify certified RTP values from those set by the game provider.
8.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, all game outcomes affected by the malfunction are void. pub555 will void affected bets and return the corresponding stakes to the Player's Balance. pub555 will not pay out winnings generated through a game malfunction or error.
8.3 pub555 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an erroneous price or market, or where a manifest error in game data has occurred. pub555 will give notice of any voided bets affecting a Player's Account.
8.4 For live dealer games, the decisions of the presiding dealer are final in respect of all matters within the dealer's authority under the game rules. Where a dispute arises regarding a live game outcome, pub555's recorded video stream of the session is the definitive record.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pub555 Platform:
10.1 pub555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
10.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, any pending withdrawals will be held until the investigation is resolved. Where fraud, money laundering, or material Terms violations are established, pub555 may forfeit all Balances in the Account.
10.3 Players may request closure of their own Account at any time by contacting pub555 support. Voluntary Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) Working Days. Any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to identity verification and the absence of any active investigation.
11.1 pub555 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. pub555 provides the following responsible gaming tools, available to all registered Players from their Account dashboard:

12.1 All content on the pub555 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, trademarks, logos, text, and audiovisual content — is owned by or licensed to pub555 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, copying, distribution, modification, or creation of derivative works.
12.3 The pub555 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of pub555. You may not use any pub555 trademark in any manner without prior written consent from pub555.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pub555 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
13.2 pub555's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to pub555 in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 pub555 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pub555's liability for death or personal injury caused by pub555's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14.1 pub555 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. The full details of how pub555 handles your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
14.2 By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for KYC verification, AML compliance, PAGCOR reporting, and the delivery of pub555 services.
14.3 pub555 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of pub555, you and pub555 agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes should initially be submitted to pub555 support at [email protected] with a written description of the issue.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written submission, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, as pub555 operates under PAGCOR's licensing framework and is subject to PAGCOR's player dispute procedures.
15.4 Any disputes not resolved through the PAGCOR process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
16.1 pub555 may amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered Players via email to the address on their Account, with a minimum of fourteen (14) days' notice before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.
16.2 Amended Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
16.3 If you do not accept amended Terms, you must notify pub555 in writing before the effective date, and pub555 will close your Account and return any real-money Balance to your verified payment method.
